Addictions And Mental Health Research View Addictions and Mental Health Projects

The Centre is investigating the nature of cannabis use for various mental health indications, such as anxiety and bipolar disorder, as well as unintended consequences of its use, such as the emergence of cannabis use disorder in younger demographics.

Pain Research View Pain Projects

A significant focus of the Centre is on evaluating the use of medicinal cannabis for pain, with an overall intent of establishing evidence required to support its use in a variety of clinical settings.

Other Research View Other Projects

The Centre is also involved in basic science research to assess the biochemical properties of cannabis constituents, as well as the impact that legalization will have from a health economics and policy perspective.
